Pros

An excellent alternative to vertical blinds, easy to use.

Fabrics are attached to the panels with velcro, so you may easily change the fabric in the future. This also makes it easy to remove the fabric panels for cleaning.

Cons

There is a wide track, privacy issues on sides, sticks out deeper from wall than other products. They do not tilt.

When in the stacked position, they will stick out into the window the width of a single panel.

Summary

They are a about 30% more expensive than vertical blinds without some of the drawbacks of vertical blinds. Also the cloth look offers great design options.
